Roger Wieland
Roger Wieland has been in the insurance industry for more than 19 years. Beginning as a auditor for insurance carriers specializing in general liability and workers compensation audits, before moving into the independent insurance agency business. After college and prior to the insurance industry, Roger began his business career in the banking industry and worked for several major banks in downtown Austin.
Roger and Debbie, his wife of 36 years, were both born and raised in Texas. They have lived in the Austin area since 1981 and Cedar Park since 1985. They have three children. Christopher and his wife Olga, are graduates of the University of Texas and are parents of Mischa and Levi. Chris was also a member of the UT football team. Laurel is a graduate from St. Edwards University in Austin.And Zachary is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He also ran track for the University of Texas,

His strategic marketing efforts and leadership focused on driving global demand and profitability through both on and offline vehicles while managing a P&L.
Mark spent significant time and efforts in cross functional roles including partner management, operations, technology services, marketing and sales management.
Mark brings all of his business knowledge, and communication skills to his clients needs. He will devote these attributes to making sure his clients are properly covered in these demanding times.
